Users visualise and post-process the DEM simulation data generated by the following versions of software:

  • EDEM_2017+: Iota can read the native files generated by EDEM 2017 and newer versions so that data export is not required to visualise and post-process the simulation results:

  • EDEM 2.7.X: users can use the "Export Particles Analytics Data" included in the "Analyst" of EDEM 2.7.X versions in order to export the data to ASCII files that can be processed by Iota. More details on how to post-process the simulation data exported from EDEM 2.7.X can be found .
