Users can access to the meshing capabilities in Iota via the "Pre" tab located on the the left hand side menu. This tab is enabled once the users load a scenario. shows the appeareance of the Pre page:

  1. List of Meshes: This section shows the list of meshes that user is currently working with.

  2. Meshing operations:

    This section allows users to perform different operations with meshes. It is composed of the following tabs:

    • Repair

    • Generate

    • Cut Plane

    • Rotate (currently not available)

    • Translate (currently not available)

    • Scale (currently not available)

  3. Rendering area

  4. Bottom toolbar:

    • Save: allows users to save persistently new meshes or changes made on existing meshes.

    • Screenshot: allows users to automatically create an of the rendering area.
