Recording an Animation

Users can record an animation of the results into a video by following these steps:

• Click the Rec button located the right side of the animation toolbar to get the system ready to the record.

• Click on Play button in order to animate the results (see section "Animating results").

• In order to finilase the recording and generate the video, click again the Rec button.

• This will generate a video that can be reproduced from the Videos accordion at the Project or Scenario page.

The MP4 file of the videos generated by Iota can be found in the "videos" folder of the working project/scenario (e.g. "C:\Users\Stephen\ParticleAnalytics\projects\MyProject\videos" or "C:\Users\Stephen\ParticleAnalytics\projects\MyProject\scenarios\MyScenario\videos").
